• You must provide accurate, complete registration credentials.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Licenses are restricted to individual use.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your portal credentials.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer or scrape materials will lead to suspension.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Access to premium PDF sets and mock test systems is subject to transaction verification.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Exceptions are only reviewed for duplicate charges or verified platform failures preventing access at our sole discretion.

3. Digital Usage Restrictions

All study material provided is licensed solely for personal preparation. You are prohibited from:

• Using capture, plugin downloaders, or screen-recording software.
• Distributing secure PDFs on Telegram, Discord, or sharing drives.
• Removing or altering personal watermarks embedded on course sheets.

4. Intellectual Property

All mock questions, analysis reports, design tokens, PDF study guides, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of UPENDRA.

Purchasing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view resources for exam preparation purposes.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block your access to the student dashboard immediately and without notice if you violate any of these Terms.

In case of suspension due to copyright violations, your license will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be issued.

6. Platform Warranties

We provide our platform and materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

UPENDRA does not guarantee that access will be completely uninterrupted or error-free, but our team makes every effort to maintain robust uptime.
