Note: Once a PDF file has been downloaded from your dashboard, the purchase is generally considered consumed and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

We offer a 48-hour satisfaction window from the time of purchase. If you find that the study material does not meet your expectations or does not align with the exam syllabus as described, you may request a full refund within this period, provided:

Policy Exceptions
Test Series
Once a single Mock Test in a series has been initiated, the entire package becomes non-refundable to maintain exam integrity.
Promotional Offers
Bundle deals or discounted promotional purchases are final sale and do not qualify for the 48-hour window.
Course Updates
Subscribers receive all updates for free. Previous version purchases are not refundable based on new version releases.
