Digital Content & PDF Purchases

At EduPremium, we provide high-stakes educational material designed for immediate utility. Due to the digital nature of PDF downloads and study modules, our policy is designed to balance student satisfaction with the protection of intellectual property.

Note: Once a PDF file has been downloaded from your dashboard, the purchase is generally considered consumed and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

48-Hour Satisfaction Window

We offer a 48-hour satisfaction window from the time of purchase. If you find that the study material does not meet your expectations or does not align with the exam syllabus as described, you may request a full refund within this period, provided:

  • check_circle The total download count for the specific product is zero (0).
  • check_circle The mock tests associated with the material have not been attempted.
  • check_circle Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing the content.

Test Series

Once a single Mock Test in a series has been initiated, the entire package becomes non-refundable to maintain exam integrity.

Promotional Offers

Bundle deals or discounted promotional purchases are final sale and do not qualify for the 48-hour window.

Course Updates

Subscribers receive all updates for free. Previous version purchases are not refundable based on new version releases.
